SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship throughout the United States.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are produced and shipped by the next business day. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

• Standard Shipping: $8 — estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after shipment
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more
• Express Shipping: $15 — estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us at mycustomcarplate@yahoo.com with your order number. We will help review the situation and determine the appropriate next step.
